Technical Support Policy

All customers who purchased and registered Artlandia products are entitled to 90 days of free installation and technical support (30 days for an upgrade or a one-month subscription). The support is limited to questions regarding getting started with the software and the basic use of its features. For the Student Versions, technical support is provided for 30 days and is limited to installation problems.

Yearly extended technical support agreements can be purchased separately. Supported versions for all software are the current shipping version and one previous version. Authors who use Artlandia products in their articles, books, or other publications may qualify for free extended technical support.

Technical support questions must be submitted using the "Ask a question" form, which can be found on most pages on the Artlandia website, or by email to support@artlandia.com.

For fastest service, please include the following information with your questions:

  1. Your Artlandia order number or a serial number.

  2. The version of the Artlandia product you are using.

  3. The type and version number of the host application you are using (for example, Adobe Illustrator CS5.1).

  4. The type and version number of the operating system you are using.

  5. If you are getting an error message, or a command does not behave as you expect, provide the simplest reproducible description of the problem, include the exact sequence of operations that generate the problematic output and the exact output and the error message you receive.
